Aspray, a leading provider of property damage insurance claim management services, is delighted to announce the appointment of Richard O’Flaherty as the new Loss Assessor for the Bristol South region as the company continues to strengthen its service to homeowners and business owners across the region.
With a wealth of experience in the insurance claims sector and a Cert CILA qualification, Richard brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of the customer experience. His career has seen him work extensively with policyholders, contractors, and insurers, ensuring fair settlements and smooth claims journeys. Having previously run his own business, and with a business degree and qualifications in building insurance, Richard is well equipped to support homeowners and business owners when disaster strikes.
Richard’s practical experience extends beyond claims. He has personally renovated multiple properties, giving him valuable insight into the building process, an asset when overseeing reinstatement works for Aspray customers.
Speaking about his new role, Richard said:

In his role at Aspray Bristol South, Richard will manage the entire claims process for customers, from assessing damage to liaising with insurers and organising high-quality repairs, ensuring every step is handled with care and professionalism.
