The Last Mile Conference – London and the South East’s biggest event for the industrial and logistics built environment sector - returns on 14 October 2025 for its fifth consecutive year.

This year, the landmark summit launches with revitalised branding alongside a fresh look for the website – www.lastmileconference.co.uk  - and the day-long event returns to BAFTA 195 Piccadilly. Industry experts, planning authorities, policy makers, planners, developers, contractors, occupiers, logistics operators and key stakeholders will gather to discuss the sector’s opportunities and challenges. Delegates can expect deep-dive discussions on how 1.5 million new homes, a new industrial strategy, tightening land supply, grid constraints, AI and the rise of life sciences are reshaping development strategies and the future of industrial and logistics real estate.
