The Last Mile Conference – London and the South East’s biggest event for the industrial and logistics built environment sector - returns on 14 October 2025 for its fifth consecutive year.
This year, the landmark summit launches with revitalised branding alongside a fresh look for the website – www.lastmileconference.co.uk - and the day-long event returns to BAFTA 195 Piccadilly. The programme is expanding further across this world-class space with a fantastic speaker line-up, plenty of networking opportunities and a variety of fringe sessions and activities.
Super early bird tickets are on sale now at £295 +VAT until 2 May. Book now - lastmileconference.co.uk/book
Industry experts, planning authorities, policy makers, planners, developers, contractors, occupiers, logistics operators and key stakeholders will gather to discuss the sector’s opportunities and challenges. Delegates can expect deep-dive discussions on how 1.5 million new homes, a new industrial strategy, tightening land supply, grid constraints, AI and the rise of life sciences are reshaping development strategies and the future of industrial and logistics real estate.
Following the 2024 conference, panel speaker Meri Braziel, Chief Commercial Officer, Landways, said: “The Last Mile Conference is so informative, we have a lot of diverse sessions and people. Questions are thought-provoking with lots of discussions about real-life situations that we need to be talking about.”
David McDonald, eSmart Networks, found the conference to be “really good value” in terms of “meeting existing customers, new customers and collaborating with people who are working in the same space.”
Alex Brazier, Technical Director, WSP, spotlighted the issues debated by speakers, saying: “The lack of investment in infrastructure was a key takeaway from the panel discussions – and clearly infrastructure is the most important aspect of growth in the industrial sector. A further takeaway was that the sector needs to hear more from Government about what it wants to do and how it wants to deliver change.”
