Taking place on Friday 23rd February 2024 at the NatWest headquarters 250 Bishopsgate, London, the entrepreneurial-led conference opens its doors to the business sector community, signifying its decade-long service, unveiling the launch of its latest dynamic initiative, ChallengeX2 2030.

The full-day convocation serves as a forum for business leaders, large organisations, trusts, foundations and global majority enterprise businesses to be able to network, exchange strategies and ideas collectively for a solution-based outcome, with the Challengex2 2030 vision at the forefront.

‘Together, we will work towards our bold new goal Challengex2 2030 to double revenue for 2030 Global Majority women by 2030.’ The aim is to achieve this by identifying investment opportunities, gaining access to a wider network and to help grow small businesses that choose to pledge and support. Opportunities to become ambassadors, volunteers and partaking in the BUD Leaders programme is also available.

Offering inspirational seminars and talks led by industry professionals, followed by a Q&A segment, networking with up to 200 changemakers within business and entrepreneurship and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, the day is sure to be one of transformation and relationship building. A portion of the day will be dedicated to providing interactive taster workshops, consisting of practical strategy planning through leadership, team empowerment and innovation.

Providing expertise will be an array of guest speakers such as CEO of ‘Business Sake’ Jacy Stewart, Global Director Chris Williams, Yvonne Field OBE, Dr Carlton Brown, BUD Leaders CEO Georgina Wilson and Editor in Chief / Co Founder Justice Williams MBE.

Less than 1% of corporate spending goes to global majority-led businesses and only 5% of black-owned businesses secure contracts with large companies. BUD Leaders aim to provide a network of resources to increase these corporate figures within diverse arenas.

Celebrating its 10th year of service, the company has established itself as a reputable entity in business for its evolution, resilience, and advocacy in challenging inequity for Black and Global Majority women in business, championing the importance of diversity in the workplace.
