In the past month, We Love Pets have WON not one but TWO AWARDS!

We Love Pets are proud to announce they've won Workbuzz Best Franchise Awards - Business to Consumer Category AND have landed their spot in the HSBC Elite Franchise Top 100!

On November 24th 2022 We Love Pets Founder, Jo White, and Chief Tech Geek, Darren Lake attended The Vox in Birmingham for the BFA Annual Conference, where it was announced We Love Pets had won the Workbuzz Best Franchise Award for their third year in a row!

Workbuzz gathers feedback by inviting franchisees to complete their confidential online franchisee satisfaction survey. Back in October 2022, Workbuzz launched a branded survey to the We Love Pets network. All franchisees who have been trading for at least two months were invited to complete the feedback survey.

From these results, We Love Pets were rewarded their 5* Franchisee Satisfaction Certificate and received an amazing 95% Satisfaction Benchmark Score from their network and as a result were also entered into the Best Franchise Awards - Business to Consumer category, which they were ecstatic to have won!

Then on December 5th 2022, The Elite Franchise Top 100 were announced, and We Love Pets landed their spot for their sixth year in a row. We Love Pets are proud to have ranked 63 in the top 100 for 2023!

The EF100 Awards were established in 2017 in association with HSBC. The Awards are all about paying tribute to the greatest franchises the UK has to offer, and ranks them recognising their statistics such as the size of the company and the rate of its growth are valued alongside evaluative assets such as future ambitions and what contributions have been made to franchisees and the communities they serve. Entries are officiated by an independent panel of industry professionals to ensure testing is objective and the results are valid. This year, the judging panel welcomed industry heavyweights Pip Wilkins and Emily Price, the CEO and Chief Operating Officer of the British Franchise Association.
