I am thrilled to announce that Allianz Holdings plc is striving to place more business with diverse suppliers through a new partnership with Kaleida International, a fully-inclusive B2B marketplace for tenders.

The partnership with Kaleida International will support procurement, supply and workplace services within the Allianz group, including LV=, as they look to diversify their pool of providers.

Alongside traditional market research tools, Kaleida will help them find, identify, assess and then invite businesses owned by Women, LGBTQ+, Veterans, Disabled, Ethnic Minorities, and those who are Neurodivergent to their upcoming tenders.

Kaleida founder, Jason said, I am a 6’ 5” black, non-religious male who believes in inclusivity.
I could have built Kaleida to service just the black community, but I have daughters, a mother, a sister. What about them?

What about my LGBTQ+ friends and family, and the staff I previously hired?

I asked myself “how could I support veterans or those with disabilities, visible and invisible if I excluded them from having access opportunities I hoped to provide as I designed Kaleida’s user interface?”

Being exclusive would have been the easier path to take but I have a passion for humanity, and a love for people that means I want to help others. As many as possible.
My business truly represents my personal brand.

“When you’ve experienced discrimination, hostility, and prejudice, you know first-hand just how detrimental it can be to your successes, achievements, lifestyle, and income.”

Fully-inclusive procurement ensures that marginalised and underrepresented communities, whatever their identity, receive equity by way of improved access to opportunities through the Kaleida platform.
